The time is now!
This world is in desperate need of young passionate leaders who are willing to step up and positively influence the world around them.
Each one of us is gifted differently and God wants you to live into the fullness of who He made you to be. Come unpack the gifts God has given you so that you can begin to impact your generation.
We all have a mission in life and desire to achieve it. Whether it is running an amazing business, becoming an influential politician, or simply marrying the woman or man of your dreams. However, as believers, we have a joint cause — one that is far bigger than any one of us — that has created us to see fulfilled.
That cause is the Great Commission and it’s going to take fathers, mothers, businessmen, pastors, politicians, and the entire body of Christ to see it accomplished. If we’re going to see this mission fulfilled, it’s going to take God’s favor upon powerful and confident leaders. We need a generation of leaders who have been discipled to make disciples, who love with all of their heart, and who leverage everything to make this planet look a lot more like heaven!
Don’t seek a comfortable life. Live with deep purpose!
A great cause will always cost us greatly. A meaningful life requires daily devotion and surrender. The way of comfort is easy and well-traveled. But this is not the adventure to which we are called. In 1 Corinthians 9:24-27 it says:
“Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. Therefore I do not run like someone running aimlessly; I do not fight like a boxer beating the air. No, I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.”
As you look at life it is evident to see that the most rewarding things take effort and a long obedience in the same direction. You must be willing to let what you believe cost you. The view from a mountaintop hike, a cold glass of water after a long run, and the paycheck at the end of a hard week of work are some of the most satisfying things because of the cost and the reward. It is the same for a life lived strategically and with purpose. We seek a heavenly reward — the crown of life and eternal fellowship with Jesus.
