Brooks joined Rev5 in 2023 after a 12 year career with the US Air Force. He attended the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO graduating with a BS in Legal Studies. Brooks began his career working in the Academy Admissions office and went on to serve as a combat search and rescue helicopter pilot for over ten years with deployments in support of two major campaigns. Throughout his various roles in the military, the ones he valued the most were the ones where he was able to make an impact on those around him. Most recently, Brooks worked in Italy as an instructor pilot and as an operations officer for operations with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, integrating with partner nations in Europe. Brooks fell in love with the heartbeat of Rev5 as an extension of his calling to empower and build up leaders; while his background professionally has been operationally focused, the call to community and discipleship on his life is the true heartbeat and passion for him.
